He has a strong understanding of business fundamentals and hands-on experience in devising business strategies and funding plans, backed by financial analysis and valuation.
Shyam founded Perusal Global in 2014 along with his seasoned colleagues. As the CEO of Perusal Global, he leads the group and has been responsible for setting up research teams for institutions both big and small as well as migrating processes. Besides client servicing and account management. Shyam also imparts strategic direction to the board. He is primarily responsible for creating a sound organizational culture and building company branding. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant with an additional human resources qualification from XLRI Jamshedpur, India.

Stephan brings with him over 20 years of international C-level experience in working for network agencies and consulting companies. He is adept in combining strategy and innovative technology to drive business in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
At Perusal Global, Stephan is an Advisor to the board, strategizing and building the firm’s consulting and research practice. As a founder of Ideations, Stephan advise tech clients and tech funds with business and innovation strategies. He holds a Master’s degree in economics and computer science from the Technical University of Stuttgart, Germany and is a frequent keynote speaker at international conferences.

Ian has over 30 years of financial services experience and has focused exclusively on the asset management sector since 1998. Based in the UK, Ian is an Advisor to the board of Perusal Global on private and public market asset managers.
Ian is currently a Partner at Lancea LLP and previously held the position of Senior Director in Franklin Templeton’s international division where he spent over 16 years. Ian holds the Investment Management Certificate, Advanced Financial Planning Certificate and completed a bespoke Executive programme at Berkeley Hass School of Business.

R M Sriram has over twenty-nine years of extensive experience in the financial services industry spread across Europe, India, and the Middle East. He is the Founder and Managing Director of the Quadrillion Group, a leading Management Consulting business in the GCC. Sriram is also currently the Director of MAC Capital Advisors, a Corporate Finance and Advisory business focused on South-East Asia, India, and Middle East business corridors.
